Banner contest

Well, this is when we upgrade to premium member on Gtop 100 & we need a Banner.

*dead line May 3rd*

Make a banner which is 468x60pixels

It must include the following:

-Rates, 1500x, 1000x, 2x
-Custom Fms, Custom quests, Max stated Items, Great Community, etc etc
-Flashy words =D & moving stuff
-Maple Characters
-Use your imagination on the colors, Make it colorful

Prizes
-------------------------------------------------------
1st- Donator status + Max Stated item of their choice.
2nd- 1 Max Stated item of their choice.
3rd- 16k stated item of their choice.

Not trying to be rude or anything but the personne who wins the contest (1st place) doesnt he/she still have to fill the positions to be a teenstory GM? What I mean is that doesnt the person have to be the correct age or something?

Can you tell me a website that could be used for this? i found one but it has the website url in the banner at bottom all the time Sad
